Sarah has over ten years of training and development experience in industries including transportation, hospitality, retail and home services. She received her MS through Purdue University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which jump started her career in learning & development. Sarah is known for taking complex talent related challenges and building and delivering effective, agile development solutions. She is driven to coach and guide learners to focus on their strengths and reach their potential by considering the entire learning campaign, not simply a training event.
Sarah has managed a wide range of projects and systems, including company-wide performance review, talent review, succession planning, leadership competency library, and high-potential development program for DEFENDER Direct – where she helped lead the training department to be ranked 30th in Training Magazine's Top 125 Award. She enjoys designing and delivering training programs for individual, team and organizational impact. Most recently, she has developed training on topics such as design thinking, habits to win, personal career growth, and effective execution.
